This document will provide you with information on how to create a successful integration with our system and start earning interest with Stenn\n## How does it work - main business process\nPlease get acquainted with our business process. We help companies that have deals and use deferred payments. In the deal, usually, there are two parties - one that sells goods or services (or supplier) and another that buys those goods or services (or buyer). If those companies use deferred payments up to 120 days, they can contact Stenn and request financing. Basic algorithms are:\n1. Companies (buyer and supplier) register in the Stenn system\n2. Companies provide Stenn with deal data - usually, that is an invoice and transport document)\n3. Stenn assesses companies (KYC check for supplier and limit assessment for the buyer)\n4. Stenn, supplier and buyer sign 3-party agreement\n5. Stenn provides money to the supplier\n6. Buyer repays invoice value to Stenn\n\n## Your role in the business process\nYou, as API representative, introduce companies to the Stenn system and provide them with tools to register deals. After the deal repayment, you get a percentage from all deals that your suppliers have made.\n\n## Glossary\n* **Buyer** - company that buys goods or services. In Stenn platform, buyers use deferred payments and repays all amount of money only after they receive provided goods or services\n* **Deal** - an agreement between buyer and supplier, registered in the Stenn system. This agreement contains deal info, such as due date, amount, and also has attached invoice file and \n* **DocuSign** - Service that provides Electronic digital signatures to Companies (buyers and suppliers). During the Stenn business process, exhibits and notices can be signed via DocuSign.\n* **Invoice** - a commercial document issued by a supplier to a buyer, relating to a sale transaction and indicating the products, quantities, and agreed prices for products or services the seller had provided the buyer. Your revenue will be paid after your buyer repays the deal.
